Shipping & Returns

Once we have processed and dispatched your order, we will confirm this by e-mail which also contains the tracking number to your parcel.

The parcel is usually shipped to you within 3 business days from ordering.

After we have dispatched your order, it is delivered to you within 1 to 5 business days, depending on where you are situated. National customs regulations may affect the total time.

RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, it can be returned to us if the following conditions are met:

• The product is still in its original packaging
• There is no sign of visible use or misuse of the product
• We are formally informed of the return within 14 days of receiving the items

If the received products are faulty, we are happy to exchange or refund the purchase provided we are formally informed within 14 days of receiving the items.
